Set up in 15 minutes: the CampingBrötchen dashboard
To enable you as an operator to set up your order page quickly and easily, we have developed an intuitive and clear interface. This means that entering the products and making the settings is done in 15 minutes.
Your dashboard
After you have logged in you will find all important information here and can edit your settings.
Base data
Here is a list of your data, which you entered during registration.
Preorders
Here you can download your automatically created QR code poster.
Shop
You can enter the name of your place and add a description, choose days of the week when you can order, set an order deadline and add holidays when your shop is closed. In addition, you can activate the entry of a campsite or apartment number.
Partners
Here you can enter e-mail addresses of your employees or a partner bakery. They will then automatically receive a summary of all preorders when the entered order deadline is reached.
Products
Here you find all your entered products.
Add products
You can add your product range within a few minutes. Select “New product” and enter the name, additional information, a maximum number of items per day and the price. Optionally, you can also upload a photo.
Order history
Each pre-order from your guest will be listed here. The search function helps you find everything in seconds. You can also export your orders as Excel lists here.
When the order deadline is reached, we will send you an email with all orders
Your order summary
at the end of each day
Once you have set everything up, you only need to log in for product changes or e.g. entering holiday days. Everything else is automated via CampingBrötchen.
Order summary
You and your specified partners automatically receive a summary of all preorders of the day after the order deadline. There you will see the preordered quantities of the individual products as well as each order listed individually with the corresponding name.
