Frequently asked questions

: Absolutely! CampingBrötchen only simplifies the ordering process. If you have your rolls baked at a bakery so far, you can start right away. If you don't offer a bread roll service yet, it's best to ask a local bakery if they can deliver fresh bread rolls daily on preorder.
: The preorder is paid at your spot or Online.Paypal, GooglePay, ApplePay, Master Card, Visa Card and Klarna are included. If you are interested in an additional payment system, please contact us!
: Your guests will pick up the ordered goods at a place provided by you. If you want to deliver the rolls to the guest's location yourself, you can activate the option of a place number or house number in your store. Your customers will then additionally enter their place number or house number when ordering and you will know directly where it has to be delivered the next day.
: Of course, this depends on your product range. If all images and descriptions of the products are already available, then this is done within a few minutes. You can also start without images, because the store works just as well with the pure item names and descriptions.
: In exceptional cases, you as the operator can of course also place the order for your guest. CB tip: If you have an additional tablet, you can display it at your info point with the order shop open so that customers without a smartphone can order easily.
: No. You don't even have to enter a payment method when you register. At the end of the trial month, you get the option to book your desired tariff.
: After your trial, you can choose between 3 tariffs.

The MINI tariff (150 preorders per month) is billed monthly and is always extended by one month. The FLEXIBLE tariff (unlimited preorders per month) is billed monthly and is always extended by one month. You can cancel at any time during the current month and the tariff will then expire at the end of the month.

The STANDARD tariff (unlimited preorders where you save 2 monthly fees per year) is billed annually and is extended for another year at the end of the year. You can cancel at any time during the current year and the tariff will then expire at the end of the year.

If you want to change your tariff, you can easily do so in your admin area.
